What if I receive a book I already own?
Let us know. As a one-time courtesy for a book you owned before subscribing, we’ll include one additional book in your next box.
What if you send me the same book twice?
We track the ISBNs of books we’ve sent you. If a repeat slips through and we confirm it, you can choose a 50% refund on that box or two additional books in your next box.
Why do I choose at least four genres?
A little variety gives our curators room to surprise you within your taste. Choose at least four of our 14 genres to shape your mix.
Are the books new or used?
Every book is new or like-new and unread. Some may have minor corner wear or small dings from storage or transit.
What else comes in the box?
Alongside your chosen number of books, every box includes two random paper bookmarks and two random stickers. Subscribers who stay for three consecutive months or more also receive extra goodies.
Can I send a box as a gift?
